Hey there! I'm Logan. I'm a senior UX designer, polyglot, fitness enthusiast, occasional knitwear designer, and dog dad based in the Washington, DC metro area.

In my current role, I lead design projects from sales pitch to development handoff, and I partner closely with product teams to provide ongoing support through to delivery. I bring a solutions-oriented mindset to my work, gathering the insights and research needed to fully understand problem spaces so I can craft meaningful experiences for clients. Some notable clients include the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), the American Nurses Association (ANA), the Department of Energy (DOE), and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

Prior to tech, I worked in HR with a primary focus on training and supporting diverse teams. Over time, my professional goals evolved and led me to UX. My design toolbox combines the interpersonal skills I gained from 10+ years as a mentor and coach with the more technical expertise I've picked up in human-centered design, copywriting, and digital strategy.

I’m a firm believer in designing with empathy, staying humble, and recharging my social battery when needed (though I do thrive in environments where I’m constantly learning from and engaging with others). Outside of work I have a lot of hobbies, including studying languages, knitting myself new sweaters and hats, binge-watching Netflix, and spending quality downtime with my dogs.
